"Good products, but support was slow"
I actually like the products overall, but trying to get help was frustrating. I emailed twice and ended up waiting a few days before anyone got back to me. Even then, the response didn’t really solve the issue I was having. It wasn’t the worst experience, but their customer service definitely needs to be quicker.

"Pickup Took a Bit Longer Than Expected"
I ordered ahead but still ended up waiting about 15 minutes when I got there for pickup. The staff was nice and friendly, just not quite as quick as I was expecting.

I’ve had it for about a week now and it’s still surprisingly fresh, which I’m really happy about. That said, I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question and couldn’t get a response, so the experience wasn’t perfect. The product itself has been good, though

"Easy to Find What I’m Looking For"
I really like that The Botanist usually has a good mix of strains available. I can check the website before I go and actually find what I’m looking for without it being a whole hassle. Compared to some other places near me, it’s just a much smoother experience. It makes me feel like I can shop there without getting frustrated.

The store was clean, I’ll give them that, but the whole vibe felt kind of awkward and dull. It almost seemed like no one really cared about making the place feel welcoming, which was a little disappointing.

Overall, everything felt fresh and put together, which I really appreciated. I did notice a couple of little moments where things could’ve been a bit smoother, but nothing that really ruined the experience. In the end, it still worked well and left me with a good impression.

I ordered from thebotanist and, like I kind of expected with deliveries lately, it showed up a day later than I had in mind. It wasn’t a big deal though, since everything was packed properly and arrived in good shape. Overall it went fine, and I’d probably use them again

"Nice security, but check-in was a little clunky"
Security was friendly enough, but the check-in process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I was there with my sister, and we both had to show ID twice and then wait around even though it didn’t seem that busy. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just not the smoothest. It could definitely be quicker.

"Easy parking made the stop way less stressful"
The parking was probably the best part of my visit. I think I went earlier in the day, or maybe it was closer to late afternoon, I can’t totally remember, but either way I was expecting to circle around like I usually do in busy areas. Instead, there were spots right near The Botanist and I pulled in without any hassle. I was in and out quickly, and the lot was simple to use. Didn’t have to walk far either, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but when you’re just trying to make a quick stop, it makes a big difference. I’d definitely be more likely to come back because of that

I’m a medical patient and I wasn’t sure if ordering was going to be simple or kind of a hassle. I had a few questions beforehand, and even though I don’t usually like contacting support, they were actually really patient with me. They didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for asking stuff, which I appreciated a lot. It felt a little confusing at first, but once they explained what info I needed, the whole process ended up being easy. Overall, I was stressed about it, but it turned out fine.

"Honestly, Their Staff Are Just Really Easy to Deal With"
I’ve ordered from thebotanist.com a few times now, can I just say how nice it is to deal with actual friendly people? Like, sometimes you ask a simple question and it feels like you’re annoying someone just by existing, but that has never been the vibe here. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been calm, helpful, and super easygoing. No weird attitude, no rushed responses, no making things more stressful than they need to be. It just makes the whole experience feel way smoother. Really nice people, honestly.

"Checkout issues and slow updates"

"Rewards are decent, but nothing amazing"
I mostly use thebotanist.com because of the loyalty rewards. It’s nice to get some points back, and the deals can come in handy, but it feels like it takes forever to build up anything that’s actually useful. Maybe they make it a little confusing on purpose so people don’t redeem as much, who knows. I do wish the rewards were easier to understand. Overall it’s not bad, just kind of average for me. I’ll probably keep using it, but I’m not exactly blown away.
